What is UAE same Day Service?

Our vast resources in the UAE can collect and deliver your parcel on the same day with in the UAE, given the proper amount of time. (applies to morning pick ups only)

What is Regional Parcel Service within GCC and ME?

Delivery services throughout GCC and ME. We can facilitate such time bound services. The network that we are a part of provides us the capability to collect your parcel from anywhere in the GCC and ME and deliver it to the destination of your choice in a very short span of time.

We also provide pick up and delivery service for heavier parcels and bulky items including pallets and full trailer loads comparatively cheaper than the other established and leading courier companies.

What is Overnight Parcel Service?

Time is Gold, we offer our customer time sensitive delivery service called "Overnight service" across the world. Our regional and international partners, each one, experienced in logistics and distribution, provide total coverage for the time sensitive delivery.

What is Customs Brokerage Service?

We also arrange all customs related documents for heavy and bulky shipments. We make sure all your documents are in order according to the customs before your shipment is dispatched

As an example, did you know that if you deal with a courier company that doesn't have a viable workers compensation insurance program in place and an employee of that company (perhaps, a driver) is injured while making a delivery to your location that you (as the shipper) could be held liable for damages?

When will my Parcel be delivered?

If you are expecting a delivery from Arman Express you can track your parcel/s online once you have a consignment number or Customer reference number from us.

Please note our next day deliveries are made any time between 07:30 and 17:30, unfortunately we are unable to provide more specific ETA's.

What is consignment number or Customer Reference Number?

Each collection booked withus is given a number for identification purposes and we call this the Consignment number. Your supplier will also allocate a reference number to your parcel/s and this is known as the Customer reference number or you can also use your Air Way BIll no. to track items on our website.

Can I arrange to have my parcel/s delivered to a different address?

We receive the delivery address from our Customers. If you wish to change the delivery address then you will need to contact your Arman Express to see if this is possible. If we agree and is reasonable to change the delivery address then we will act accordingly.

Can I have my Parcels on weekends?

A Saturday delivery service must be specified by the sender. If you would like to arrange a Saturday delivery, please contact us.

Can I arrange to have my parcel/s redelivered?

If we attempt delivery on a day that you are not available we will automatically try again the next working day (excluding Fridays). If you wish to receive your delivery on a different day please call us on the telephone number, see contacts page for details.

If we are unsuccessful on the first attempt then we will automatically try again on the next working day (excluding Fridays). If you wish to receive your delivery on a different day please call us.

What are Prohibited Commodities?

Arman Express will not accept under any circumstances the following commodities for transport by courier.

Ammunition

Animals

Antiques or Fine works of art

Asbestos

Batteries

Bullion

Currency

Firearms

Furs

Hazardous and Combustible materials as IATA's DG Regulations

Human remains or Ashes

Jewellery, Precious metals and Stones

Narcotics

Pornography

What are Restricted Commodities?

Arman Express may accept the following commodities for transport through courier mode under certain terms and conditions.

Alcoholic beverages

Animal products

Expensive electronic items (Example: Cameras, Mobile phones, Personal computers, Digital Diaries, Organizers, etc.)

Foodstuff (including substances used in the preparation of food or drink)

Fragile items

Fresh flowers

Industrial diamonds

Ivory

Liquids

Medicines and Medical samples (including blood, urine and tissue)

Negotiable instruments

Perfumes (Quantity not to exceed 30ml per consignment) - Perishable items

My parcel/s has not arrived, what do i do?

if you have your Air way bill number or reference number you can check on our website, any other than that you can contact us at our details on our contact page.

If we are unsuccessful on the first attempt then we will automatically try again on the next working day (excluding Fridays). If you wish to receive your delivery on a different day please call us.

If we have attempted to deliver your parcel(s) on two separate occasions then it will be necessary for you to collect your parcel/s from our Office, check contacts page.

Can I arrange to collect my parcel/s from you?

Yes you can arrange to collect your parcel/s from our local office. For more information and to find the location of your local office at the contact page.

If you are collecting your parcel/s from our local office please bring two of the items from the list below:

Recent utility bill

Driving Licence

Passport

ID or any valid Identification.

Wherever possible please bring at least one form of photo ID.

I received a call telling me i missed a delivery, what do i do?

If it is the first delivery attempt our driver will automatically try and redeliver the next working day (excluding Fridays). If this is the second card you have received then it will be necessary for you to collect your parcel/s from our local office. For more information and to find the location of our local offices..

If we are unsuccessful on the first attempt then we will automatically try again on the next working day (excluding Fridays). If you wish to receive your delivery on a different day please call us.

What proof of Identification do I need to collect my parcel?

If it is the first delivery attempt our driver will automatically try and redeliver the next working day (excluding Fridays). How long will you keep my parcel/s before returning it to sender?

We keep all parcel/s for 5 working days after attempting delivery before returning the goods to sender.

My delivery has some missing parcel/s, what do I do?

Please contact us and provide them with the details of the missing items, then we will deicide the next course of action.

My parcel is damaged, what do I do?

Please contact us and provide them with details of the damage. then we will deicide the next course of action.
